جمع المعلومات

نقوم بجمع معلوماتك الشخصية عندما تتفاعل معنا أو تستخدم خدماتنا، مثال عندما تستخدم تطبيقنا إلرسال طلب حجز. وننظر أيضا في كيفية استخدام الزوار لمواقعنا، لمساعدتنا على تحسين خدماتنا و تحسين تجربة العمالء.

نقوم بجمع المعلومات عن طريق:

عند إرسال طلب من خالل تطبيق ريزرفاتوس ألول مرة يطلب منك تقديم معلومات عن نفسك تتضمن ما يلي:

• الاسم.
• رقم الهاتف المحمول
• الجنس
• العنوان.
• المهنة.

كما نقوم أيضا بجمع معلومات عنك من أي رسائل ترسلها إلينا أو عند االتصال بنا عبر البريد اإللكتروني أو الهاتف.

ال يتم جمع المعلومات الشخصية الحساسة كما هي موضحة في الالئحة العامة لحماية البيانات، مثل العرق أو الدين أو االنتماءات السياسية أو العضوية في النقابات أو السجل الصحي أو السجل الجنائي من قبلنا أثناء استخدام التطبيق بأي شكل من األشكال.

Data Collection

We collect your personal information when you interact with us or use our services, such as when you use our app to submit a reservation request. We also look at how visitors use our sites, to help us improve our services and improve the customer experience.

• Create a personal account on the application or modify your account.
• When browsing the restaurants shared with us via the application.
• When submitting a reservation request via the application.

When you submit a request through the Reservatos app for the first time, you are asked to provide information about yourself that includes the following:

• Name (Mandatory).
• Mobile phone number (Mandatory).
• Gender (optional).
• Title (optional).
• Occupation (optional).

We also collect information about you from any messages you send to us or when you contact us by email or phone.

Sensitive personal information as described in the General Data Protection Regulation, such as race, religion, political affiliations, union membership, health or criminal record, is not collected by us while using the Application in any way.

Data Usage

We will have a legal basis to process your information; If we need to in order to provide you with the service you have requested or to enter into a contract, we have your consent and we have a valid reason to process your data, or we are legally obligated to do so.

Where we need to provide you with the service you have requested or to enter into a contract, we use your information:

• To enable us to provide you with access to relevant parts of the Platform.
• To provide the services you requested.
• To contact you when necessary in connection with our services, such as to resolve issues we may have with your order.

We also process your data where we have a justifiable reason to do so, for example to customize our services, including processing data to make it easier and faster for you to place orders. We have listed these reasons below:

• Improving the effectiveness and quality of service that our customers expect from us in the future.

We will not keep your information for longer than we think is necessary. The information we collect will be kept for as long as it is needed to fulfill the purposes described in the “Using the Information” section above in line with our legitimate interest or for a period specifically required by applicable regulations or laws, such as maintaining the information for regulatory reporting purposes.

In determining the relevant retention periods, we will consider the following factors:

• Our obligations and contractual rights in relation to the relevant information.
• Legal obligations under applicable law to retain data for a certain period of time.
• Guidelines issued by the National Authority for Network Services and relevant government agencies.

Otherwise, we will securely erase your information as we no longer need your information for the purposes for which it was collected.

Any changes to our privacy policy will be posted on the application and where appropriate we will inform you of the changes for example by email, other social media or via customer service.
